While jalapeños are commonly associated with food, particularly Mexican cuisine, we like to get creative and add them to cocktails! The spiciness of the jalapeño provides a fiery kick that adds depth of flavor as well as a tingle on the tongue. The Sol Spicy Margarita uses jalapeno-infused tequila, which you can easily make yourself! You’ll find both the cocktail and infused tequila recipes below. We recommend using a blanco tequila for the base.
