Salty Air

Salty Air

Mixology has exploded in popularity in the last decade, and an ever-growing community of cocktail connoisseurs continue to seek Instagram-worthy concoctions. From trendy speakeasies to upscale lounges, mixologists elevate the drinking experience by pushing the boundaries of traditional cocktails, infusing them with innovative ingredients and imaginative presentations.

Though there’s nothing quite like a night on the town, picture-perfect drink in hand, we at Sol Squeeze can’t help but be drawn to cocktails at home, whether in the backyard, on the front porch, or around a kitchen island. So, add a little Salty Air to your margarita to impress your guests!

This recipe calls for sucro powder, an emulsifier derived from sucrose, that when frothed with a handheld frother creates foam. But don’t be intimidated! There are only two steps, and we believe in you!

Salty Air

  • 4 oz water
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sucro (or this magic foam)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

Mix the ingredients above then use a handheld frother to create foam. Serve it over your Sol Squeeze margarita and enjoy!
