Refund policy
At SOL SQUEEZE we want to ensure you are satisfied with your online purchase. Because all our products are perishable, we are not able to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please notify us via email at hello@solsqz.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to fix the issue.
For merch, all of our items are custom and made to order, and given the size and nature of our business we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If you receive the wrong product or if your item is defective in any way, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt (please send with a photo) and we will send you the correct item(s), free of charge.
